We offer the shipping options below for delivery within the U.S. Upper 48 states. If you need a purchase shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, you can email us for a shipping price quote, OR go ahead and place your order. Hand painted items are created just for you and will require two to four weeks before shipment. If you need our item earlier than that, email us. We do our best to accommodate our customers.
Most other items are in stock and will be shipped within a week. Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier. La-de-tots makes every effort to stay abreast of stock status so you will be aware of that upon placing an order. If we are notified after your order is placed that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and inform you with backorder status.
For your protection and ours, please expect to sign for delivery of your purchase. Upon inspection of your shipment, notify us immediately if there is a problem, and we will make every effort to be sure that the problem is corrected and that you are satisfied.
Our experience shows that our carriers are most reliable and in most cases shipments are received in a timely maner (5 to 10 days from time order is shipped). However, La-de-tots cannot assume responsibility for the timing of shipments once they are in the hands of our carriers.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately. We will gladly assist you with any issues that arise from shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be intact and in new condition. They must be in their original box with all manuals, packaging, and shipping inserts included. We do not accept incomplete items for returns; you must include ALL original packaging. All items must be received by us within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
Because we work with multiple product lines, some of our suppliers are unable to accept return items should you not notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to work to your satisfaction. Please do not return items without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers.
